Description

GEL license validation was unsuccessful even with correct reachability to the Flexera portal or LLS.

Affected Versions

All U18 (ubuntu 18) deployed .ova for Alteon and platforms.

Solution

There is no solution until the Radware default DNS IP addresses are removed from the /etc/resolv.conf file.

Workaround

Comment out three lines  in the /etc/resolv.conf file in red  with a # character at the beginning of those lines, or delete these lines from this file as below after login to the backdoor device. Save and reboot the device. For example:
